Charitable Objectives

To assist and provide services for people living with mental and physical Long Term Conditions in the community by way of project management, advisory services, conferences and such other services as the director of the charitable company shall consider appropriate.
- To assist and support in the treatment and care of people living with mental and physical Long Term Conditions in the community or in need of home rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by the provision of facilities in the home and through recreation.
- To facilitate in the provision of financial assistance, structured support and practical advice for people living with mental and physical Long Term Conditions within the community.
- To provide and advance the education of health and social care education to people living with mental and physical Long Term Conditions within the community.
- To assist in the relief of sickness and to preserve the physical and mental well-being of the community by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services within the community
