HP-MOS and its 5 European partnership engages in a European partnership project – “ALTERNATIVE TRACKS – integrated approach to minors’ offenders and their families” (2014- 2016). The project is funded under the Criminal Justice Program call. The European partners are from: the UK, Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal and Romania.

HP – MOS and its 6 European partners engages in a partnership project – “Advisory Bureau for Social and Community Mediation (ABSCM (2012-2014). The project is funded under the Partnership Program of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme. The participating countries are: UK, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Portugal.

HP-MOS and its 7 European partners are engaged in a partnership project – “Wellness: Skills for True Wellbeing” (2012-2014). The project is funded under the Grundtvig Multilateral Partnership Program of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme. The participating countries are: UK, Poland, Slovenia, Cyprus, Italy (two partners) and Romania.
